HELP CENTER

  • Where customers can track their orders? You can track your order by using the Your Order Has Shipped Confirmation Email. If you have not received an email one of two things has occurred: you did not use your email during checkout or your order has not yet shipped. 
  • Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done? It is possible to change an order within 1 hour after the order has been placed. Once the hour passes, we can no longer make adjustments. 
  • How to take care of products received? Please note the majority of the items we sell are paper products, do not keep them in a moist place or around liquid. We do not replace damaged orders due to liquid spills. 
  • If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done? If you order a third party item, such as our notebooks and other apparel  you will receive two separate shipments. One directly from our manufacturer and your order of in house produced stickers from us. 
  • Can a loyal customer get a discount? YES, by joining our FACEBOOK GROUP, IG you will automatically receive a discount with each purchase.
  • When is the next promotion?  New releases are run the 3rd  Friday of every month. We do not run constant promotions. Join our mailing list and receive 10% off.
  • Can the seller send you product test samples? We do not send samples.
  • Privacy policy.
  • How can an order be cancelled? We do not accept cancellations.
  • If an order is shipped, separately will there be double shipping charge? No we do not charge you double shipping if we have to split your order. If you preorder an item and order with in stock items, you can email us within 2 hours and have the order split and pay for the shipping costs. 
  • Customs fees and/or taxes for international orders.

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally and worldwide.

 

Shipping times:

  • Our shipping currently takes 1 - 3 weeks. 
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

 

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over $50 will have free shipping.
  • Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Order Turn Around Time:

  • We typically receive a large influx of orders approximately the 3rd Friday every month when a new collection releases. Because of the high volume of orders, your order can take up to 3 weeks. We do get most orders out between 1-2 weeks depending on the volume. All items are made to order. 

When You Are Eligible for Free Shipping On the Website, All Shipping Options Will Be Available. 

Our System Will Auto Populate the Standard Shipping Amount. 

You Will Need to Click On The Shipping & Choose Free Shipping. 

If Free Shipping Is Not Selected, We Can No Longer Go Back & Make Manual Changes and/or Adjustments to Issue A Refund. 

If You Know You’re Eligible for Free Shipping ($50 + Up) and Your Cart Does Not Give You the Option to Choose Free Shipping, Email Us FIRST So that We Can Assist.

ADDRESS CHANGES/ISSUES 

Please Note: We Do Not Manually Input Addresses. It Is The Customer’s Responsibility to Verify the Address is Correct BEFORE Placing An Order. 

We Will Not Be Making Any Address Changes After An Hour Has Passed Once An Order Has Been Placed. 

 Again We Do Not Manually Enter Addresses, They Are Automatically Uploaded Exactly As Received. We Send Orders Where Requested. Please Double Check Before Hitting Submit. Thank You

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal &  Shop Pay only. 

 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

DUE TO COVID-19 WE'RE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS.

At this time, we are only offering shop credits for missing or replacement items. USPS has been delivering packages up to six weeks after they have been shipped from our facility. Please bare with us as we navigate this difficult time. For hassle-free shipping, choose Fedex.

 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-day Exchange Policy:

    • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • For exchange, please email us at
  • allthingsbykeisha@gmail.com all with the subject 'Returns/Damage/Replacement and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We do not accept return goods but will send a replacement once picture proof has been submitted.
  • Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items, if you choose to return unless otherwise noted that we will pay the postage.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If  a refund is issued, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

ORDERS REPLACEMENT 

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-21 business days.
